Family Update

The children are home for the holidays. We are entering a new season as a family. Turi just tendered her resignation from Nova Pioneer. She has been there for more than 7 years. Her teammates were emotional at the news. She is currently doing her handover. We have officially taken 1310 couples through premarital counselling. We bless God for this development in the ministry! We were approached by the Bible App – YouVersion. They requested that The Relationship Centre be one of their content partners. We have created an account with them. We hope to feature on the Bible App soon.

Deliverance for M: Wednesday 1st October 2025

A lady by the name M came for inner healing and restoration. This was our second session. M had experienced tremendous peace after our first session. She testified that many things in her life fell back in order. We covered the area of ungodly beliefs in this session. She realised that many of the lies that she believed did not have a hold on her anymore.

Deliverance for C: Wednesday 1st October 2025

I had an inner healing and restoration session with a man by the name C. We did it virtually. C had been having very weird supernatural incidents around him that strongly hinted at witchcraft. We did the entire inner healing session with him. He felt very reprieved after we were done.

Deliverance for G: Thursday 2nd October 2025

A man called G came for inner healing and restoration. G had strayed from his marriage and had entered many adulterous unions. His life was far from God’s design. He was also harbouring a lot of bitterness from people who had wronged him. He cried during the session. When we were done, he was feeling very relieved.

Deliverance for F: Thursday 2nd October 2025

A lady by the name of F came for inner healing and restoration. F was struggling with bitterness and resentment. Her husband had cheated on her and her marriage was falling apart. She was in a very dark space emotionally. The first session was helpful. She cried during the session as she forgave and asked God for strength.

Diamond Junior School Crystal Rivers: Friday 3rd October 2025

I was invited to speak to parents at Diamond Junior School Crystal Rivers in Athi River. The topic was work-life balance. I addressed how parents ought to understand their backgrounds and examine if their childhoods were affecting the time and devotion they gave to their children. It was a great session. It rained heavily but the tents served their purpose well.

Session for A: Saturday 4th October 2025

A 12-year-old boy named A came to see me with his mother. A had been masturbating and struggling with some dark supernatural phenomena. He had been seeing some strange dreams and visions. I prayed for A in the session and he felt a heavy weight leave his head. He felt very light and relieved. He saw a vision of bright light as we ended the prayer and he felt lots of peace.

Nairobi Chapel Karen: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th October 2025

Nairobi Chapel Karen invited me to speak to their congregation in the month of October on the theme “Sexpectations: God’s will in a sex-crazed world.” I preached on three Sundays. My friend, Boniface Nyoike, covered one Sunday for me since I had traveled. Here are the sermons.

Premarital Class Season 13 Finale: Sunday 5th October 2025

We held the final premarital class for Season 13. The teaching was on sexual intimacy in marriage. The class ended on a high note. We officially crossed the 1000 mark as far as taking couples through premarital counselling is concerned. The next class is in January.

Deliverance for H: Tuesday 7th October 2025

A lady by the name H came for inner healing and restoration. H is a Muslim. She had had a very tough childhood. I shared the gospel with her. She understood. I didn’t rush her. We prayed in the name of Jesus as I helped her forgive her offenders. I hope she consents to a second session.

Deliverance for T: Tuesday 7th October 2025

A lady by the name T had her second session. Since our last session, T was feeling very relieved and unburdened. We covered ungodly beliefs and areas of negative family patterns in this second session. T made good progress in the session and we were able to complete the exercise.

Deliverance for G: Wednesday 8th October 2025

A man by the name G came for inner healing and restoration. This was our second session. G admitted that since our first session, he never fell into sexual sin again He was seeing tremendous changes in his life and was grateful. We covered the latter part of the exercise and G was relieved after we were done. I am still in touch with him and I help him through some areas in his personal life.

Deliverance for C: Wednesday 8th October 2025

A lady by the name C from the UK had her inner healing and restoration session. We conducted it virtually. C had suffered many childhood wounds. She was harbouring a lot of bitterness and unforgiveness. The session overwhelmed her, and she wept. When we were done, C was feeling lighter and relaxed. We are due for a second session.

Deliverance for P: Wednesday 8th October 2025

I had a virtual inner healing and restoration session with a lady named P from France. P had been carrying the pain of losing a child and the betrayal of friends. She was very vulnerable in the session and she cried considerably. When we were done, she felt a heavy weight leave her. The session went very well.

Diamond Junior School South B: Thursday 9th October 2025

I was invited to speak to parents at Diamond Junior School South B. The topic was the same as the Athi Rivers campus- work-life balance. I addressed how parents ought to understand their backgrounds and examine if their childhoods were affecting the time and devotion they gave to their children. It was a great session. The weather this time was favourable.

CITAM Valley Road Marriage Retreat: Friday 10th October 2025

Christ Is The Answer Ministries Valley Road campus had a marriage retreat at Ridge Cabin in Limuru area. Waturi and I ministered to the couples on two topics: Oneness in Life and Oneness in Body. The two sessions that focused on emotional intimacy and sexual intimacy respectively were very enlightening to the couples. Our hosts were Peter and Catherine Lengewa.

Y-Hub NetworX: Friday 10th October 2025

Y-Hub NetworX invited me to speak in their Friday fellowship, courtesy of Pastor David Ewagata. The subject was Authentic Disciples. We looked at Paul’s letter to the Philippians and examined Paul’s relationship to the church and the people he discipled. The session was full of life. I was encouraged to see young people on fire for Christ.

Deliverance for P: Tuesday 14th October 2025

A lady by the name P came for inner healing and restoration. This was our second session. We covered the areas of negative family patterns, ungodly beliefs and stubborn areas in one’s life. P was very submitted to the whole process. We finished well and she was relieved by the whole experience.

Deliverance for F: Tuesday 14th October 2025

A lady by the name F came for inner healing and restoration. F had been battling same-sex attraction. She had also been in several toxic relationships. F forgave offenders and repented of all sexual sin. The session was cathartic for her. We have one more session to go.

Deliverance for C: Tuesday 14th October 2025

I held the second session for C from the UK. We covered areas of transgression and idolatry in this session. C was very vulnerable. We also covered areas of negative family patterns. The session went well. I gave her some assignments to do as we prepared to cover the third section on ungodly beliefs.

Session for K and B: Wednesday 15th October 2025

A fighting couple came to see me. They were going through a very rocky time in their marriage. After hearing them out, I gave them individual assignments. I hope to see them when they are done with their individual tasks.

Deliverance for M: Wednesday 15th October 2025

A man by the name M came for inner healing and restoration. M had been physically abused and traumatized by key people in his life as a child. He was carrying that baggage and it was negatively affecting his marriage. The session overwhelmed M and he cried during the session. It was a cathartic experience for him, especially as he forgave offenders.

Deliverance for V: Thursday 16th October 2025

A lady by the name V came for inner healing and restoration. This session focused on idolatry and transgressions. V opened up and we spent a considerable amount of time addressing her life using the scriptures. We are due for another session.

Nairobi Chapel Ngong Road Marriage Retreat: 17th-20th October 2025

Turi and I travelled down to the coast to minister to couples from Nairobi Chapel Ngong Road in their annual marriage retreat. We had a great time with about 29 other couples. We ministered to them on the three days on forgiveness, the value of the marriage covenant and emotional intimacy.

Deliverance for M: Tuesday 21st October 2025

A lady by the name M came for inner healing and restoration. This was our second session. We addressed the following areas: sexual ties, toxic relationships, idols, transgression, and negative family patterns. M’s eyes were opened during the session, and she saw a few visions from the LORD. We are due for another session.

Deliverance for F: Tuesday 21st October 2025

F came in for a second session. Despite our first session, she was still feeling bogged down about her marriage and she wanted out. We finished the healing session and I gave her a new assignment to help her regain God’s perspective for her life.

A man by the name J came for inner healing and restoration. J was committed to honouring the LORD with his life. You could tell by his devotion to the exercise. We had the first session on forgiveness. He was very broken and he cried a lot. He was relieved. We are due for another session.

Deliverance for F: Thursday 21st October 2025

A lady by the name F came for her final session of inner healing and restoration. We covered the area of ungodly beliefs in this session. F wrote to me after the session that she was experiencing a newness and peace like never before. She was grateful and glad that she came.

Chrisco Upperroom Ladies Meeting: Saturday 25th October 2025

Pastor Joan LaFont invited me to minister at Chrisco Upperroom to the ladies in their monthly fellowship dubbed “Handmaidens of the Lord.” I spoke on the subject of “The Wounded Handmaiden.” The session was a healing time for those who had been wounded by friends and family. A lady by the name C came for inner healing and restoration. This was our second session. C was struggling with bitterness and the trauma of an attempted rape. She eventually humbled herself and forgave. We are due for another session.

Deliverance for V: Wednesday 29th October 2025

We held another session of inner healing and restoration for V. We covered the segment on negative family patterns. V was still struggling with some substance abuse. I encouraged her to keep fighting. The session went well. I gave her a task to complete before our next final session.

CITAM Hopes Camp Kiserian: Wednesday 29th October 2025

Christ Is The Answer Ministries (CITAM) Kiserian invited me to minister to the Hopes Camp teens. In the morning session I spoke on sexual purity. In the afternoon session I spoke on using social media wisely. I gave every teenager a free copy of Holy Joe.

Deliverance for L: Friday 31st October 2025

A lady by the name L came for inner healing and restoration. L had unknowingly dabbled in witchcraft. She was also battling the pain of forgiving a man who had murdered two of her children. The session was very emotional. L surrendered and we processed the pain. She cried uncontrollably during the session. After the session, she was very sleepy. She went home and wrote to me the next day. She said that a huge burden had lifted from her and that she was feeling very light. We are due for another session.

CITAM Woodley/Thika Road Camp: Friday 31st October 2025

Christ Is The Answer Ministries (CITAM) Woodley and Thika Road branches held a Hopes Camp at Clarence Matheny Ministries in Limuru area. The teenagers were with their parents in the camp. We had a great time of healing, forgiveness and bonding as I spoke to the parents and their children.

Good evening Ernest, I want to let you know that after attending the Powerhouse program and now attending the pre-marital class, the fear of being open and vulnerable was lifted. I was afraid that if I confessed that I battle porn and masturbation, she would leave. The peace of God has been with me since I started to guard my eyes, and yesterday I confessed the top secret to my fiancé. Somehow the fear of losing her disappeared, and I wanted to be right with God, even as I work toward being a supernatural, natural, and romantic friend to my fiancé. I was surprised by her love, embrace, and grâce she extended to me, even as I continue to be moulded by God. I no longer watch porn and masturbate, and I remember from your lectures that it takes about two months to be okay. I am almost there, and the voice ´watch porn Now’ has faded, and is dying out. Thank you for being the light in my life.
