Family Update

The year has begun well. We started the year with a three-day water-only fast. It has rejuvenated us and given us zeal for the year. The children have returned to school and we have resumed work. It has started in a fast-paced way and we are grateful. In the last week of the month, we fell ill. Our house-help, Esther, was bedridden. Our children were down with the flu. We also fell ill ourselves. Please pray for healing.

Deliverance for M: Friday 10^th January 2025

A woman by the name of M came for inner healing and restoration. M had grown up in a Christian home but had strayed from the faith. In her rebellious stint, she had fallen into lust and a myriad of sins that got her into trouble. She heard the gospel and it opened her eyes and she came to Christ. However, the old life was still haunting her. The session was therapeutic for her as she forgave offenders and released herself from pacts with old friends and lovers.

Mount Longonot Hike- Mamlaka Hill Chapel Ruaka: Saturday 11^th January 2025

The men of Mamlaka Hill Chapel Ruaka completed their Powerhouse journey with a hike to Mount Longonot. We scaled the mountain and went around the volcanic rim. The session was empowering for the men, especially after we correlated the hiking of the mountain to the battle for our purity.

Season 12 Premarital Class: Sunday 12^th -26^th January 2025

We began season 12 of the premarital class. We have a total of 116 couples i.e. 232 individuals in the class. This is the biggest class we have ever hosted. We have started well and are progressing very well. The class is lively and keen to do the assignments.

Deliverance for I: Tuesday 14^th January 2025

A woman by the name of I came for inner healing and restoration. I was struggling with a life of lust and unforgiveness. We walked through the two areas. She submitted herself to the process and felt relieved. She wrote to us afterwards exclaiming that for the first time in her life she was in control of her purity. She managed to say no to temptation and felt a great zeal come over her.

Deliverance for R: Wednesday 15^th January 2025

A woman by the name of R came for inner healing and restoration. This was a follow-up session. R is an elderly woman approaching her sixties. She was battling unforgiveness towards her children who live a reckless life of alcohol and clubbing. They have caused her pain and have cost her lots of money and peace. We noted that she enabled some of their bad behaviour by giving them money for their escapades. I asked her not to do so and she agreed. She wrote to me a few days after the session saying she was at peace and has managed to get her children to cede some control and take responsibility.

Deliverance for A: Wednesday 15^th January 2025

A woman by the name of A came for inner healing and restoration. A had suffered the pain of witnessing her parents separate while she was still young. She was also carrying lots of guilt, shame, and regret following a string of bad relationships and some painful decisions that she made. She submitted to the healing process and cried a bit. When we were done, she felt lighter and relieved. We are due for a second session.

Deliverance for I: Thursday 16^th January 2025

A man by the name of I came for inner healing and restoration. I was battling and addiction to porn and masturbation. He had been introduced to it while he was young. He had tried to get rid of it but he kept falling back. This eventually led to some promiscuous relationships with some women while in the university. After his confession, I walked him through the healing process. He left feeling hopeful. He wrote to me a few days later testifying that the desire for porn and masturbation had dissipated.

A woman by the name of A came for inner healing and restoration. A had been wounded by family and friends. She was carrying a lot of pain from betrayal in her relationships. She was also battling some anxiety and some guilt from some bad decisions. We walked through the first section of the healing process. She cried a lot. When we were done, she felt relieved. We are due for a second session.

Deliverance for K: Tuesday 21^st January 2025

A woman by the name of K came for inner healing and restoration. K was bearing the pain of deep betrayal. She had invested seven years of her life in a relationship only to be ghosted, rejected, and insulted. This pain had stifled her relationship with men and it led her down a path of compromise in her dating. She cried a lot during the session as she forgave her offenders. We completed the first section of the journey and she felt revived. We are due for a second session as well.

Deliverance for K: Wednesday 22^nd January 2025

A woman by the name of K came for inner healing and restoration. K was in the middle of a breaking marriage. The strife had driven them apart. In the process, she had unearthed a few things about her husband and it made the tension between them worse. We processed the first part of the healing assignment as we forgave offenders, released the pain and blessed them in accordance to the scriptures. It was great start. We are due for a second session.

Deliverance for M: Thursday 23^rd January 2025

A woman by the name of M came for inner healing and restoration. This was our second session. We addressed areas of guilt, shame and regret in her life. We also addressed the ungodly beliefs that she held  against God and herself examining what God’s word says. We completed the entire healing exercise and M was excited, claiming that she felt like a brand new person.

Speaking at King’s Revival Church International- Dubai: Thursday 23^rd January 2025

King’s Revival Church International (KRCI)- Africa Facet Dubai invited me to minister to singles in their church in the Middle East. This was part of their Singled Conference, whose theme was dubbed Waiting on God. The church hosted me on a Zoom online seminar that had dozens of attendees. P and R: Saturday 25^th January 2025

A couple by the names P and R came for help in reconciling their marriage. They are in the middle of the divorce process. They decided to put a halt to it and attempt to make it work. I had taken P through inner healing and restoration last year. Her life bore lots of fruit and she figured she should attempt to make the marriage work as well. We had a good session with them. There was a lot of reconciling for mistakes made. I gave them an assignment. I will be seeing them in about a month’s time.

Deliverance for A: Tuesday 28^th January 2025

A woman by the name of A came for her second and final session of inner healing and restoration. We covered areas of idolatry, negative family patters and ungodly beliefs about God, herself and other people. The session was cathartic. A cried a lot. She felt renewed and hopeful for the year up ahead.

Deliverance for B: Wednesday 29^th January 2025

A woman by the name of B came for her fourth and final session of inner healing and restoration. B has demonstrated incredible transformation as I have observed her through the various meetings. The final session was on belief systems about God and herself. She was battling a lot of low self-esteem as we started the sessions. However, as we got to the end, she had the grit and the wherewithal to renounce lies she had believed and accept the truths of scripture.

Deliverance for L: Wednesday 29^th January 2025

A woman by the name of L came for inner healing and restoration. L grew up in a home where she experienced rejection and stifled affection from her parents. The hole in her heart drove her to seek for affection in romantic relationships. This did not turn out well for her. The result was heartbreak and lust. She processed the first section of the assignment amidst tears. She was relieved when we were done and she felt lighter in her soul. We are due for a second session.

Deliverance for A: Wednesday 29^th January 2025

A woman by the name of A came for her second and final session of inner healing and restoration. In this session, we mainly dealt with negative family patterns. A had recently been unknowingly initiated into some occultic practices by her father. She had also participated in some New Age practices. She renounced all the witchcraft. She repented. She prayed for renewal. During the session, something supernatural happened. I felt a heavy weight lift from the room and dissipate in the air. It was followed by a very profound tranquility. A felt relieved and restored after the session.

TESTIMONY

Hello gentlemen .I am here to testify of God’s goodness. When I joined Powerhouse I was not sure it would work, coz I had tried everything I knew, fasting, new year resolutions, positive confessions but I was still bound to sexual sin (because I was doing all these the wrong way) I was just like Peter in Luke 5 where he had tried fishing all night without any catch and Jesus came to him and told him to try one more time. He said that,” Master we’ve toiled all night without a catch, but nevertheless, at thy word….” and when he obeyed he caught so many fish that the boat started sinking. I am glad that I obeyed God and joined powerhouse, bought the book(The Passionate Pursuit Of Purity) with an M-shwari loan btw, learned from the teachings and obtained grace to obey them and I have experienced freedom, so much peace and absolute joy. A life of consecration indeed enhances concentration and this has influenced wholesome growth in my life and the age-long addiction was broken. I’ve learnt that you don’t repent a yoke, you break a yoke. As the word of God says in Isaiah 10:27 the anointing breaks the yoke, the word is that anointing. There’s sth about the word of God. As you submit to it day in day out, line upon line, precept upon precept. You evolve from the weak you to a stronger version of yourself and you build resistance against the temptation. C.R.A.C.K really works guys!! I say this to encourage a brother, maybe you’ve not experienced freedom yet from sexual sin or you’ve relapsed, don’t give up, you can arise again, just like Peter, Jesus is telling you to give it one more shot, yield to His instruction, your victory is at hand. Don’t give up sir. Finally yet importantly I want to thank God for His deliverance, Ernest Wamboye and Waturi for obeying God and starting this program, which is a big blessing to our generation.

I am also a teen , i have been suffering for pornography and masturbation, and this your story is exactly like mine. From small sex scenes in movies i graduated to watching porn and the masturbating. I was so close to God , my prayer life was booming until masturbation and pornography came in , slowly it drew me away from God, i could no longer pray, study the word, fast all because i felt to guilty and unworthy of God presence. Your story has really inspired me and from today i will strive to attain Jesus again . I will walk towards righteousness, i will take the bold step to confess my sins to God and other people no matter how the react, from today jan9 2025 i will live for Jesus and him only. I pray that God give me strength and see me true, and that one day i will share my own story just like you and it will be a blessing to many. In Jesus name i pray amen
