One of the women from our recently concluded premarital class came for inner healing and restoration. Her relationship had ended on a sour note. She realised she was not ready to commit to marriage with the man. She had been suffering emotional abuse in her relationship. The assignment we gave her was heavy for her. She committed to do it anyway. We had a great time of healing prayer. She cried during the session but felt very relieved.

Salvation for M – Wednesday 18th October 2023

A young man named M was referred to see me for counselling. M was an atheist. He did not believe in God but held the idea that we evolved. I had a discussion with M and engaged him in some apologetics debates, He was cornered in some places and was surprised to see the holes in his worldview. I then shared the gospel with M. I warned him of the eternal danger of being separated from God and affirmed him using the free gift of salvation in Christ Jesus. M was moved and cut to the heart. He humbled himself and decided to give his life to Christ. He repented of his sin and rebellion. I led him through some prayers, and he came into the family of God. He did not own a Bible. I gave him a brand new Bible that I had bought a few months ago.

One of my disciples, Celine Kang’ethe, invited me to host an event she was planning in her university- Moi University Main Campus. Celine rallied her friends to set up an afternoon event dubbed “Dysfunctional Families.” Celine had a very well-planned event. She also managed to fill the auditorium with students. I spoke on how our families are broken by sin and how the Gospel redeems us into the best family- the family of God. We had a revival. Four men gave their lives to Christ. Dozens of students surrendered to God for healing prayer. The presence of God was truly felt.

Moi University Main Campus Christian Union – Sunday 29th October 2023

Moi University Main Campus Christian Union invited me to speak on the topic Identity Crisis. I spent this weekend in Eldoret since I was speaking at the same campus the day before. We had a great service. The final year students were leading the service. They call it the Elders’ service. I preached from 1 Thessalonians 5:23. Salvation for N – Tuesday 31st October 2023

A man by the name N came to me for help. He was battling sexual addictions, and his marriage was falling apart. I listened to the man and then proceeded to explain to him how addictions work. He was very enlightened and impressed with the teaching. I then explained to him how the spirit, soul and body are affected differently by addictions and how to break free. I shared with him the science of addiction on the body and brain. I then share the psychology of addiction on the soul. Finally, I shared the sinful effect of addictions on the spirit. I convinced him that the best way to be free is to start from the inside out- spirit then soul then body. I explained to him the gospel and what it meant for his eternity. N was cut to the heart and repented in my office. I led him to Christ and set a few next sessions to walk with him.
