Family Update

The new year is here. We started the year in good spirits. We have been fasting and are encouraged by what God is doing so far. Theo started school! We are so happy for him. The girls, Thandiwe and Ivanna, transitioned to grades 4 and 3, respectively. Our house-help of nine years, Esther, got a stroke. She is like a family member to us. We went to visit her in hospital. She is recovering. The stroke was sudden and shocking. A few days after her stroke, her sister also got a stroke and a heart attack. She died. It has been a trying time for her family. We are feeling the pain because we knew her family and had even spent Christmas with them when we travelled to the village last Christmas. Please pray for Esther and her family. Ernest was selected to be part of the Lausanne gathering in Brazil in 2027. Lausanne is a movement that was started by Billy Graham to equip ministers of the gospel. Many people apply but few are selected. Ernest needs to raise about 1200 dollars. So far, the balance is 845 Dollars. Please pray for him and consider giving financially to this cause. We are very grateful to have started this year with you and ended with you. Thank you for making The Relationship Centre what it is.

Deliverance for F: Thursday 8^th January 2026

A young woman by the name F came for inner healing and restoration. This was our second session. F had been harbouring bitterness towards several friends and family members. She had also struggled with sexual sin and was living in regret. We completed the healing journey in this session. She left feeling very liberated.

Deliverance for I: Thursday 8^th January 2026

A man by the name I came for inner healing and restoration. This was our third session. I was struggling with bitterness and confusion following a betrayal by his very close friend. We processed the pain. Our progress is slow but steady.

Deliverance for S: Friday 9^th January 2026

A man by the name S came for inner healing and restoration. This was our second session. We are still covering the list of people he needs to forgive. S spoke openly and prayed sincerely. The session left him feeling relieved. We are due for a third session.

Deliverance for C: Wednesday 14^th January 2026

A  lady by the name C came for inner healing and restoration. This was our third and final session. In this meeting, we addressed ungodly beliefs and areas or spiritual oppression. C renounced the lies she had believed about God, herself, and others. The session ended well. She was glad to have committed her time.

Deliverance for S: Wednesday 14^th January 2026

A  lady by the name S came for inner healing and restoration. S has been having a troubled marriage. We have been addressing childhood wounds that have led her down this path. She has been making good personal progress but the issues with her partner are still rife. The marriage is at a precipice and risks utter failure. We are due for another session.

Deliverance for V: Friday 16th January 2026

A lady by the name V came for inner healing and restoration. This was the final session of many. We completed the ungodly beliefs and addressed areas of spiritual oppression. The journey has been long but worth it for V. She has experienced a life transformation. In her words, this was the first time someone did not give up on her in the pursuit of her own healing.

Counselling for M and I: Saturday 17th January 2026

A couple by the names M and I came for some conflict resolution support. I took them through The Fear Dance by Dr. Gary Smalley. We solved some issues in the office. I taught them the model of conflict resolution. I gave them some assignments based on that model. They left with less steam than they came in with. I will hopefully meet them again.

Premarital Class Season 14: Sunday 18th & 25th January 2026

We began the 14^th season of our Premarital Class. We are excited to host this team of 134 couples. We started well. The class is energetic and open to learning. We could have had a larger class, but our books, Baesics, ran out of every shelf in the East African market.

Counselling for E and T: Tuesday 20th January 2026

A couple by the names E and I came for inner healing and restoration. The couple was going through a rough patch because of a boundary issue. I took them through our conflict resolution model and it greatly eased their frustration. I gave them an assignment as well. They wrote to me after a few days and told me that their marriage was doing great.

Deliverance for N: Tuesday 20th January 2026

A lady by the name N came for inner healing and restoration. This was our third session. N had been deeply hurt by friends and family. We are still processing wounds of offence. Our progress is steady but bearing lots of fruit.

Deliverance for E: Wednesday 21st January 2026

A man by the name E came for inner healing and restoration. We started with the forgiveness assignment. E spoke openly. We completed the list, and he felt very relieved. I gave him an interlude assignment. We are due for a second session.

Deliverance for M: Wednesday 21st January 2026

A lady by the name M came for inner healing and restoration. We had completed the sessions. This was a supplementary session focused on discovering her purpose and calling in life. It was a great session, albeit brief. I used the tool I created for discovering one’s purpose to assist her.

Deliverance for S: Thursday 22nd January 2026

A lady by the name S came for inner healing and restoration. S was carrying loads of shame from her childhood to her adulthood. We focused on only this during the meeting. The session bore lots of fruit for her. She left feeling unburdened and in her words, “ready to start the new year.”

Deliverance for C: Thursday 22nd January 2026

A young lady by the name C came for inner healing and restoration. This was our second and final session. In this session, we addressed areas of sexual sin, negative family patterns and ungodly beliefs. C felt very relieved afterwards. A new lease of life entered her. We also had to break bonds of witchcraft, following rituals that she had participated in out of ignorance and through several false prophets.

Deliverance for J: Friday 23rd January 2026

A lady by the name J came for inner healing and restoration. J was in her 60s. She came with her daughter, who had benefitted from our deliverance ministry. J confessed to having participated in some occultic rituals. She also confessed harbouring lots of pain and bitterness towards family members and friends who had taken advantage of her. The session was very therapeutic for her. As she confessed every sin, she felt relief. She adopted a humble posture and didn’t withhold anything from us, even in the presence of her own daughter.

CITAM Church Online: Monday 26th January 2026

CITAM Church Online came home to record two sessions that will air in the month of February as part of the Valentine’s week celebrations. Turi and I had a great time on set. It was amazing how they transformed our home into a studio.

Deliverance for X: Monday 26th January 2026

A lady by the name X came for inner healing and restoration. We spent this session on forgiveness and healing from offence. The session as very liberating for X. She had also been spiritually abused and was carrying some heaviness from the manipulations of a certain church leaders. She left feeling very relieved.

NAYNET Podcast: Wednesday 28th January 2026

The National Youth Network Podcast invited me to talk about love and covering a multitude of sins. It was a great podcast. I was hosted by Diasy and Ruth from NAYNET (pictured left).

Deliverance for N: Thursday 29th January 2026

A lady by the name N came for inner healing and restoration. This was our fifth session. N has been making very good progress. This session gave us lots of headway. N is looking more confident as the sessions progress. We are due for another session

Counseling for P and A: Friday 30th January 2026

A couple by the names P and A came for inner healing and restoration. They had only been married for six months but they were already having trouble in paradise. I helped them overcome some disagreements using Biblical wisdom. I then used our conflict resolution model to help them process some information in their marriage. They left reconciled and feeling very hopeful.
